One area I frequently see people struggling with is money.

Have you ever felt like money is coming into your life, but somehow it just doesn’t seem to stay? Maybe clients delay payments, unexpected expenses keep appearing, or you’re working hard but still feel financially stuck.

Sometimes, the solution isn’t simply about working harder or doing more. There can also be a deeper emotional and subconscious relationship with money that is worth exploring.

That’s exactly what I explore in my latest YouTube video, “Clear Stuck Money & Debt with Ho’oponopono | Try This Secret | Recover Stuck Money.”

In this video, I share a Ho’oponopono-inspired practice to help you reflect on and release emotional patterns connected to money, debt, resentment, scarcity, and financial stress.

Why Does Money Feel Stuck?

Money can feel stuck for many reasons. Sometimes it’s practical delayed payments, poor financial planning, business challenges, unexpected expenses, or difficult financial circumstances.

But sometimes there can also be an emotional layer. You may have grown up hearing:

  • “Money is hard to earn.”
  • “Rich people are greedy.”
  • “We can’t afford that.”
  • “You have to struggle to make money.”
  • “Money always disappears.”

Over time, these messages can influence the way we think, feel, and behave around money. This is why manifestation isn’t simply about repeating an affirmation and waiting.

It’s about becoming aware of the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be influencing your relationship with abundance.

The Hidden Subconscious Root of Financial Debt

Debt isn’t only a number on a statement. For many people, debt can carry emotions like fear, guilt, shame, anger, resentment, and anxiety. When you constantly think about money from a place of fear, you may reinforce a scarcity-focused relationship with it.

This doesn’t mean your thoughts magically create every financial circumstance. It means that your emotional relationship with money matters. When you begin releasing the emotional weight around money, you can start making financial decisions from a calmer and more empowered place.

That’s where Ho’oponopono can become a beautiful self-reflection and emotional-release practice.

What Is Ho’oponopono for Wealth?

Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian reconciliation and forgiveness practice commonly associated with four phrases:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

When used as a personal reflective practice around money, these words can help you turn inward and acknowledge the emotions, beliefs, and experiences you want to release.

Instead of constantly fighting your financial situation, you begin creating space for healing.

You can bring a money-related situation to mind perhaps a pending payment, a debt, a business client who hasn’t paid, a financial mistake from the past, or fear about your financial future.

Then gently repeat the four phrases. Not as a way to magically force money to appear, but as a way to release the emotional charge surrounding the situation.

The 4 Sacred Phrases

1. “I’m sorry.”

Acknowledge what you’ve been carrying.

You don’t need to blame yourself. Simply recognize that there may be thoughts, emotions, or patterns you are ready to release.

2. “Please forgive me.”

Give yourself permission to let go of guilt, shame, resentment, or self-judgment.

Forgiveness can create emotional space for a new perspective.

3. “Thank you.”

Shift your attention toward appreciation.

Even when everything isn’t perfect, there is something you can appreciate — a lesson, an opportunity, your skills, a client, or simply your ability to begin again.

4. “I love you.”

Bring compassion into your relationship with yourself and with money.

Instead of treating money as something you constantly fear or chase, begin creating a more peaceful relationship with it.

Releasing Client Resentment & Payment Blocks

This can be especially meaningful for entrepreneurs, freelancers, coaches, consultants, and business owners.

Have you ever had a client who was late with payment?

Maybe you kept checking your bank account.

Maybe you felt angry.

Maybe you thought, “Why is this happening to me again?”

That reaction is completely understandable.

But constantly holding onto resentment can keep your attention locked onto the problem. Try bringing the situation to mind and repeating:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Then release the need to control exactly how and when the solution must arrive.

At the same time, continue taking practical action send the invoice, follow up, communicate clearly, and manage your finances responsibly.

Manifestation practices and practical action can work alongside each other.

From Scarcity to Abundance Flow

Abundance doesn’t mean pretending that financial problems don’t exist. It means learning to move from:

“There will never be enough.”

to:

“I am willing to see new possibilities.”

From:

“Money always leaves me.”

to:

“I am learning to receive, manage, and grow money wisely.”

From:

“I’m stuck.”

to:

“I can take the next step.”

That shift in perspective can influence how you approach opportunities, decisions, conversations, and your financial goals.

Create a Daily Money Healing Practice

You don’t need an hour-long ritual.

  • Start with just 5 minutes a day.
  • Sit quietly.
  • Take a few deep breaths.
  • Think about one money situation that has been bothering you.

Then repeat the four phrases:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Allow whatever emotions arise to be acknowledged without judgment. Then finish with an intention such as:

“I release fear, guilt, resentment, and scarcity around money. I am open to receiving, managing, and growing abundance with wisdom and ease.”

After that, take one practical action toward your financial goal.

  • Send the follow-up.
  • Review your expenses.
  • Reach out to a potential client.
  • Work on your offer.
  • Apply for an opportunity.
  • Create something valuable.
  • Because manifestation is not about sitting back and waiting.

You clear. You align. You act. You receive.
