My Corporate Backstory (IBM & Hidden Struggles)
Before becoming a full-time manifestation coach, I worked at IBM. On paper, everything looked perfect. I had a stable corporate career, financial security, and a predictable future.
But deep inside, I knew something was missing. I wanted to create impact. I wanted to help people transform their lives. Like many professionals, I experienced self-doubt, fear of leaving my comfort zone, and uncertainty about whether I could build a successful business from scratch.
Those challenges weren’t obstacles. They became my greatest teachers. Looking back today, every struggle prepared me for entrepreneurship.
The Shift: Moving from Money to Purpose
Everything changed the day I stopped asking,
“How can I make more money?”
Instead, I asked,
“How can I help more people transform their lives?”
That single shift completely changed my business. People don’t buy coaching because they want information. They invest because they want transformation. The moment your purpose becomes bigger than your income goal, your business begins attracting the right people.
Money becomes a by-product of impact.
The Journey: From ₹0 to ₹1 Lakh, ₹10 Lakhs, and Beyond ₹1 Crore
Every stage of growth required me to become a different version of myself.
Stage 1: From ₹0 to ₹1 Lakh
This stage was all about belief. I had to believe in myself before others believed in me.
I learned how to communicate my value, speak with confidence, understand my audience, and take action even when results were uncertain. The biggest lesson wasn’t business. It was identity.
Stage 2: From ₹1 Lakh to ₹10 Lakhs
Once I crossed my first milestone, I realised working harder wasn’t enough. I needed systems. I improved my coaching process. Created better offers. Built trust through valuable content. Focused on delivering exceptional client results. This stage taught me that consistency creates momentum.
Stage 3: From ₹10 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore
Scaling wasn’t about working more hours. It was about working smarter. I built systems, streamlined operations, embraced technology, expanded my reach, and focused on long-term business growth.
Most importantly, I continued investing in myself because every new level of income required a new level of leadership.

Low-ticket products helped people experience my work, but I realised true transformation requires deeper support. Real breakthroughs happen through accountability, personalised guidance, and consistent implementation.
Instead of focusing only on selling more products, I focused on creating greater transformation. As the value increased, my pricing naturally evolved.

Content is one of the greatest assets you can build.
Every blog, YouTube video, Instagram Reel, LinkedIn post, or podcast continues working long after it’s published. Someone may discover your content today. Someone else may find it a year later.
Consistent content builds trust, credibility, and visibility. The more value you create, the stronger your personal brand becomes.
Lesson 3: Talk to Real People (Not Just AI)
Artificial Intelligence is an incredible productivity tool. I use AI to brainstorm ideas, improve workflows, organise information, and save time.
But AI cannot replace conversations with real people.
Your audience tells you:
- Their fears
- Their challenges
- Their dreams
- Their language
Those conversations help you create better content, better offers, and better solutions. Technology helps you scale. Human connection helps you grow.
Lesson 4: Raise Your Prices Before You Feel Ready
Almost every coach undercharges in the beginning. I did too. The reality is, you’ll rarely feel completely ready. But when your confidence grows, your results improve, and the transformation you create becomes more valuable, your pricing should evolve too.
Higher pricing often attracts more committed clients who are serious about creating change.
Remember:
People aren’t paying for your time. They’re investing in the transformation you help them achieve.
Lesson 5: Your Nervous System Determines Your Income Ceiling
This was one of the biggest lessons in my journey. Many entrepreneurs know the right business strategies.
Yet they struggle to grow because, deep down, they don’t feel safe receiving more success, visibility, or money.
If abundance creates stress… If charging higher prices feels uncomfortable… If success brings guilt…
Your subconscious will often resist growth. Manifestation is more than positive thinking. It’s about regulating your nervous system so you can comfortably hold the success you’re working toward.
Your identity determines your income.
Internal Alignment Creates External Wealth
One lesson became clearer with every milestone. Your internal alignment and your ability to transform people are what create real wealth. Money doesn’t create purpose.
Purpose creates value. Value creates impact. Impact creates income. When your mindset, emotions, beliefs, and actions are aligned, business growth becomes sustainable.
Manifestation isn’t magic. It’s identity, energy, strategy, and consistent action working together.
Final Thoughts
Crossing the ₹1 Crore milestone wasn’t the biggest achievement of my journey. The biggest achievement was becoming someone capable of creating that level of impact.
Every stage required me to let go of limiting beliefs, embrace continuous learning, invest in myself, and stay committed to serving others. If there’s one lesson I hope you remember, it’s this:
Don’t build a business just to make money. Build a business that changes lives. Wealth naturally follows those who consistently create value.
